• Gain expertise in the Knotch One platform and convert intricate data into persuasive, actionable insights.
• Assess web analytics, journey analytics, and survey data, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Identify significant patterns and insights hidden within the data.
• Interpret technical findings into straightforward recommendations that align with client business objectives.
• Design test-and-learn strategies to enhance clients’ content and marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with account teams to customize reports, insights, and recommendations based on client aims.
• Address client needs by sharing findings and responding to technical inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and statistical validity.
• Examine data discrepancies and uncover the underlying reasons for results.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and presentations that render complex data understandable.
• Operate within a Knotch Pod alongside an Account Director, Director of Client Outcomes, Customer Ops Specialist, and Analyst.
• Assist enterprise clients in transforming data into actionable decisions and enhancing content and marketing effectiveness.
• 3-10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics within marketing, digital analytics, or SaaS sectors.
• Previous experience in startup or growth-stage companies operating in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, including understanding subscription business models and recurring customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; deep expertise in at least one, with familiarity in both preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and quality assurance.
• Understanding of SEO to analyze organic search performance and content discoverability metrics.
• Experience with data analytics platforms like Optimizely, Contentsquare, or Amplitude.
• Proficient in SQL for advanced data querying and analysis.
• Experience with AI technologies for coding or analysis creation.
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Familiarity with data science methodologies.
• Experience in A/B testing and UX design/testing.
• Ability to weave data points into a cohesive narrative.
• Commitment to experimental rigor and maintaining data integrity.
• Detail-oriented with strong precision.
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• Strong presentation skills and expertise in data storytelling.
• Proactive mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand the “why” behind data.
• Commercial awareness linking insights to business outcomes and revenue generation.
• Strategic thinking and foresight.
• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Marketing (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not essential.
• Multiple certifications in analytics platforms are a plus.
• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
