Inside Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work closely with sales representatives and partners to demonstrate the advantages of BeyondTrust products, services, and solutions.

• Offer essential technical support throughout the sales process.

• Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including webinars and product showcases.

• Aid in lead qualification by confirming technical environments and comprehending business challenges.

• Contribute to RFP/RFI submissions with precise and timely responses.

• Engage in discovery and opportunity discussions through background research, qualifying inquiries, and analysis of customer needs.

• Clearly communicate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to potential clients and customers.

• Show how BeyondTrust solutions solve customer issues and convey the value proposition effectively.

• Help prepare written proposals that enhance financial proposals.

• Present solutions and value propositions to secure technical wins for opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in help desk and/or technical support for applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.

• Solid understanding of common operating systems and network architectures.

• Familiarity with basic security concepts and practices.

• Capability to evaluate technical needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to excel in a collaborative selling environment.

• Comfortable delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

• Possession of Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications.

• Basic working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.

• Familiarity with BeyondTrust products, such as Privilege Management for Desktops, Remote Support, and Privileged Remote Access.

• Experience with security solutions, including anti-malware, data protection, firewalls, and mobile/email/web security.
