Inside Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to service and billing inquiries as well as first notice of loss (FNOL) calls from clients.

• Address customer questions regarding their insurance policies.

• Deliver tailored insurance services as a Trusted Advisor.

• Highlight Allstate features and advantages during portfolio evaluations.

• Oversee policy renewals and modifications.

• Address online inquiries promptly.

• Foster client loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.

• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products following underwriting guidelines.

• Assist and guide clients throughout FNOL claim calls.

• Accurately record loss details in the claims system.

• Execute designated claim tasks and transfer or assign claims to a Claim Advisor.

• Achieve and surpass key performance and attendance objectives.

• Report directly to the Manager of Inside Service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.

• Possession of an OTL or General level 1 Insurance License, or readiness to obtain one for your province.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.

• This position is remote; you should have a suitable workspace for working from home.

• Willingness to work evenings is essential.

• Availability for all operating hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm EST.

• Standard work week consists of 37.5 hours.

• Experience in a call center and insurance sector is preferred.
