Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Identify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media platforms.

• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients interested in Kiddom’s educational offerings.

• Engage in comprehensive discussions to grasp potential clients’ educational challenges, needs, and goals.

• Customize presentations and suggestions based on client specifications.

• Showcase Kiddom’s products and services during virtual meetings.

• Articulate product features, advantages, and their relevance to specific educational requirements.

• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.

• Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

• Act as a trusted advisor to educators and administrators.

• Provide insights into educational trends and demonstrate how Kiddom’s solutions can improve learning outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales, particularly in K-12 education and curriculum.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively convey product value and engage with diverse audiences.

• Strong customer service focus.

• Capacity to listen, comprehend customer needs, and cultivate lasting relationships.

• Insight into the education sector along with an understanding of the challenges faced by educators and institutions.

• Relevant experience in K-12 Education or K-12 Curriculum is essential.
