Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.

• Engage in comprehensive discussions with prospective clients to grasp their educational challenges, needs, and goals.

• Showcase and demonstrate Kiddom's educational products and services through virtual presentations.

• Negotiate and finalize sales while ensuring client satisfaction and a smooth transition to customer service.

• Provide guidance to educators and administrators regarding educational trends and how Kiddom's solutions can improve learning outcomes.

• Establish rapport with educators and decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of Kiddom's products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales, especially within the K-12 education and curriculum sectors.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong commitment to customer service.

• Capability to listen, comprehend customer needs, and foster enduring relationships.

• Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of the challenges and needs faced by educators and institutions.

• Relevant experience in K-12 Education or K-12 Curriculum roles.
