Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential customers

• Identify each customer's objectives, requirements, and obstacles

• Suggest the suitable dog training program

• Address objections and confidently pursue the sale

• Achieve or surpass personal sales targets and KPIs

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Discuss relevant past sales experiences, quota achievements, objection-handling methods, and closing results during the interview process

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales

• Proven track record of closing higher-value products or services using a consultative sales approach

• Experience in achieving individual sales targets, quotas, or KPIs

• Strong skills in discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing

• Comfortable working in a high-volume phone setting and navigating various systems

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
