Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership to the Inside Sales Team.

• Manage daily operations of the Inside Sales Team and assist with escalations.

• Guide team members through consistent coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings aimed at achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to design and implement quarterly call campaigns.

• Organize budgets and develop sales strategies for effective implementation.

• Create new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns.

• Enhance and maintain Inside Sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly project planning.

• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance dashboard reports utilizing CRM activity data and call metrics.

• Prepare and deliver quarterly analysis reports to Senior Management regarding bookings, lead generation, meetings, and quoting opportunities.

• Compile monthly project summaries for stakeholders, detailing project overviews, dates, sites to contact, and evaluation metrics.

• Persuade internal and external stakeholders to eliminate barriers and facilitate the achievement of team objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales management.

• At least 2 years of sales experience required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Sales Automation tools is essential.

• Strong sales coaching capabilities and excellent relationship-building skills.

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to foster and expand customer relationships to ensure future and recurring business.

• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet team objectives.
