Inside Sales Agent – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage potential patients with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism from the initial call.

• Transform inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations through consultative dialogue and relationship development.

• Inform patients about procedures, financing alternatives, and the NVISION experience.

• Address objections and assist hesitant callers in feeling confident about their decisions.

• Provide a concierge-level experience that surpasses expectations.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to reconnect with prospective patients and optimize conversions.

• Establish trust while representing surgeons and clinical teams in a professional manner.

• Support anxious or upset callers with empathy and sound judgment.

• Schedule appointments accurately across multiple clinic locations.

• Collaborate with clinic teams to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about offerings and processes.

• Achieve and surpass conversion, booking, and patient satisfaction targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer engagement (inside sales, retail, real estate, appointment setting, hospitality, or related fields).

• Demonstrated ability to influence discussions and convert opportunities into appointments or sales.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills characterized by confidence and professionalism.

• A competitive, goal-driven mindset complemented by a strong work ethic.

• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect swiftly with others.

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, elective procedures, or ophthalmology is advantageous.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Must reside in California, Arizona, Oregon, Texas, or Utah.
