This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate new business opportunities and enhance existing accounts within a designated territory, concentrating on software and solution-oriented sales.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing the deal.
• Meet or exceed individual quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Oversee daily and weekly sales activities, including call blocks and outreach strategies.
• Fulfill defined activity metrics and performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain precise sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Utilize Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as Highspot and Consensus to manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
• Implement outbound outreach efforts, follow up on leads, and qualify prospects.
• Conduct virtual discovery calls, product demonstrations, and customized presentations.
• Employ a consultative sales methodology to identify customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans targeting specific accounts, industries, and buyer personas.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline by prioritizing high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
• Refine sales strategies based on feedback, data insights, and evolving market trends.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• A minimum of 1 year as a top-performing representative, consistently exceeding quotas.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
• Strong closing abilities and capability to manage deals throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders and buyer personas.
• Proficient in conducting discovery, identifying customer pain points, and consultatively positioning solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, keep accurate records, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Resilient and adaptable; receptive to feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is required or highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Highspot, Consensus, Outreach, or Salesloft is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with defined KPIs.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to balance inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
• Team-oriented and capable of collaborating across functions while working independently.
• Must currently reside in the United States and be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a private, quiet home-office setting.
• Capability to sit for extended periods and maintain visual focus on digital screens.
• Frequent use of keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, lift, or carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Minimal travel required, less than 10%.
