This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Drive revenue growth within a designated territory by delivering product solutions that improve customers’ sales and operational functions.
• Collaborate closely with automotive dealers to offer consultative services for bundling and utilizing Xtime products.
• Assess customer needs through consultation and evaluate appropriate product options.
• Educate and advise customers on solutions while negotiating pricing effectively.
• Secure new business sales opportunities for Xtime products and services.
• Communicate territory objectives and work alongside Outside Regional Sales Managers on potential clients and upselling opportunities.
• Implement the Challenger-based selling methodology to manage and finalize complex sales opportunities.
• Engage with cross-business-unit partners to enhance collective productivity.
• Advocate for Xtime products to deliver customer value and generate recurring revenue.
• Guide customers in expanding market share, boosting revenue, and ensuring business retention.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Manage prospects through fact-finding, follow-ups, needs assessment, presentations, demonstrations, and handling objections.
• Cultivate relationships with senior management and business owners.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, weekly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business, uphold customer relationships, and resolve customer issues.
• Create sales strategies and product packages.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop weekly and monthly sales plans to oversee the sales pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6 years of experience, or alternatively, a master’s degree with 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
• A degree in a related discipline, such as finance or business, is highly preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in software, advertising, or automotive software sales.
• Familiarity with similar dealership software solutions, including CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerSocket, and finance software like RouteOne.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, especially concerning automotive dealerships and the F&I process.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship permitted now or in the future.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Annual incentive/commission target set at $85,000.00.
