Inside Property Adjuster – Homeowners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify loss facts for intricate Homeowners claims.

• Assess coverage and evaluate damages.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within designated authority limits.

• Offer mentorship to junior staff members.

• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation experts to secure optimal outcomes.

• Manage complex first-party Homeowners claims encompassing coverage, damages, and subrogation.

• Utilize discretion and autonomy within a heightened level of authority.

• Recognize essential elements of residential construction and repairs.

• Identify complex customer requirements and meet them employing suitable customer service techniques.

• Assess subrogation or fraud risks and determine the best course of action.

• Work remotely while servicing states within the Pacific time zone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience at the Adjuster II level or in a specialized position rotation.

• Ability to operate from 8am to 5pm Pacific time zone hours.

• Familiarity with residential construction and repair, including structural integrity and home systems.

• Customer service capabilities for addressing intricate customer needs.

• Understanding of subrogation and potential fraud issues.

• Advanced knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.

• Capability to independently investigate complex first-party Homeowners claims.

• Knowledge of claims and insurance administration.

• Understanding of insurance underwriting principles.

• Skills in relationship management.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
