This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Carry out new and renewal business activities by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies in accordance with established guidelines.

• Promote insurance products by identifying suitable coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.

• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within the specified underwriting and pricing parameters.

• Act as the primary contact for agents regarding assigned accounts.

• Manage communications and respond to inquiries in a high-volume setting.

• Ensure the accuracy of submissions and policy details, including risk information and coverage structure.

• Monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards.

• Assist in achieving production goals by facilitating transactional deal flow and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in the English language is mandatory.

• Experience in wholesale insurance, including responsibilities in quoting, placement, or account management.

• A valid state-specific insurance license is required.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and market placement practices.

• Ability to assess risk information and align coverage solutions with established guidelines.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both agents and carriers.

• Capacity to handle high-volume workflows efficiently and accurately.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to prioritize competing demands.

• Proficiency in systems and tools utilized for quoting, placement, and service-related activities.
