This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests regarding the Innovation team’s systems/applications and third-party vendors.
• Address and fulfill system/application requirements, including configuration modifications, identifying UX deficiencies, determining the necessity for new features, and managing user access.
• Provide support for both third-party tools and internally created applications.
• Translate user requests and feedback into actionable requirements and change requests.
• Record requirements and change requests for the Innovation team.
• Collaborate with users to grasp overall user needs and align with Dykema’s objectives.
• Assist in the design and ongoing development of both new and existing systems within the Innovation Team.
• Generate documentation for both internal and external users.
• Organize and deliver training sessions for Point of Contact (POC) and Pilot users as needed.
• Formulate POC/Pilot plans.
• Engage in testing new tools and provide constructive feedback.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned, including special projects.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
• Strong technical skills with a high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite and business software applications.
• Capability to quickly learn new software and operating systems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Highly skilled in data compilation, spreadsheet preparation, and data reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in problem analysis, exercising sound judgment, strategic thinking, and making objective decisions.
• Outstanding time and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proven knowledge and experience with the various functions performed by an Innovation team.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently, showing initiative and being self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel to Dykema offices.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
