This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, plan, and optimize maintenance strategies for military vessels throughout their lifecycle.

• Conduct Technical Maintenance Analysis (ATM) using RCM methodology for critical propulsion, power generation, and combat systems.

• Define corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies in accordance with MIL-STD-3034A.

• Identify failure modes, effects, and mitigation tasks through FMECA.

• Create Maintenance Index Pages (MIP) and Maintenance Record Cards (MRC) in SGML format.

• Draft intermediate maintenance and repair standards for second and third echelon tasks.

• Integrate tasks into the Integrated Class Maintenance Plan (ICMP).

• List materials and consumables for immobilizations using TML.

• Sequence tasks for PIP, PIV, and PIM, and analyze workload across centers.

• Develop class support plans following Instruction AJAL.

• Define equipment for maintenance by substitution and coordinate the availability of spare parts.

• Utilize simulation tools to validate availability targets exceeding 90%.

• Generate progress reports, record data in EOLO-IACV and Windchill, and participate in logistics coordination meetings with the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Naval or Maritime.

• Over 5 years of experience in maintenance analysis and planning within naval defense programs.

• Experience in preparing Technical Maintenance Analyses (ATM) using RCM methodology.

• Proven experience in developing PMS documentation: MIPs and MRCs.

• Familiarity with IMS/TRS and ICMP.

• Experience in planning scheduled immobilizations: PIP, PIV, and PIM as per REM F-110.

• Experience managing pools of repairable items and maintenance substitution strategies.

• Background in reliability and maintainability analysis (ARM) using simulation tools.

• Proficiency with EOLO-IACV, Windchill, ARM simulation software, SAFRAN Project / Oracle Primavera, and AutoCAD / Microstation.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
