This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.

• Collaborate with architecture, UX/UI, backend, and QA teams.

• Engage in the technical definition of new features and participate in mobile architecture decisions.

• Implement best development practices, including clean code, unit testing, and code reviews.

• Enhance the performance, security, and stability of applications.

• Provide support and maintenance for applications in production.

• Document technical processes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.

• Develop solutions for a project with a regional bank within a financial environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 4-5 years specifically working with Flutter and Dart.

• Strong experience in consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with mobile architectures: MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, Provider/Riverpod, or others.

• Experience integrating applications with backend systems and secure authentication services.

• Knowledge of best security practices in mobile applications, including handling sensitive data, encryption, and secure storage.

• Proficiency in version control using Git.

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban.

• Proven track record of publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.

• Autonomy and problem-solving abilities.

• Quality-oriented with attention to detail, especially in banking environments.

• Previous experience in banking or financial sector projects (preferred).

• Knowledge of automated testing: unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing (preferred).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (preferred).

• Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, and Sentry (preferred).

• Intermediate to advanced English for communication with distributed teams (preferred).
