Infrastructure Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Cloudflare Zero Trust architecture, which includes Access, Gateway, Tunnel, and One Client.

• Strengthen and secure endpoints through baseline configuration, patching, and EDR/antivirus management.

• Oversee the infrastructure Vulnerability Management process: identify, assess, prioritize, and track the remediation of vulnerabilities.

• Develop and sustain security monitoring capabilities, including the onboarding of new log/data sources into the SIEM.

• Create and enforce network segmentation using VLANs, firewall zones, and microsegmentation to minimize lateral movement risk.

• Coordinate penetration tests focused on infrastructure and drive the remediation of identified findings.

• Manage incident response for infrastructure security incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in infrastructure/network security.

• Practical experience with Zero Trust Network Access platforms.

• Background in hardening and managing endpoints, including baseline configuration, patching, and EDR/antivirus.

• Experience in designing network segmentation, which includes VLANs, firewall zones, and microsegmentation.

• Familiarity with running a Vulnerability Management process, including CVSS, prioritization, and remediation SLAs.

• Experience in building and tuning SIEM detections and onboarding new log/data sources.

• Proven experience in coordinating or leading incident response for infrastructure security incidents.
