Infrastructure Analyst – QRadar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Administration and support of the IBM QRadar (SIEM) platform, encompassing environment health, capacity, upgrades, and assistance.

• Tuning of correlation rules, which includes creation, modification, and reducing false positives.

• Onboarding of new log sources, including DSM configuration, parsing, and validation of ingestion.

• Integration of emerging technologies into the monitoring environment such as EDR, firewalls, cloud, and IAM.

• Creation of technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and completed processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and supporting QRadar (SIEM).

• Strong understanding of Linux system administration.

• Knowledge of log-source parsing and onboarding, including syslog, APIs, and DSM.

• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, and segmentation.

• Background in working within a SOC/NOC environment.

• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python and Bash.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with SOAR, including the creation of playbooks—not solely platform usage.

• Immediate availability required.
