Infrastructure Analyst – Page Diversity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accessibility, dependability, and effectiveness of cloud environments.

• Enhance monitoring and observability processes within production settings.

• Identify and proactively address operational risks.

• Establish metrics and indicators that accurately represent the user experience.

• Improve alert quality by minimizing false positives and operational noise.

• Create and sustain dashboards for technical analysis and informed decision-making.

• Automate repetitive and manual tasks.

• Advance infrastructure as code practices utilizing Terraform and Helm.

• Develop scripts and automation processes using Python and Shell Script.

• Triage, mitigate, and resolve incidents occurring in production environments.

• Engage in root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.

• Monitor infrastructure utilization and cost indicators.

• Automate the provisioning and deprovisioning of environments and access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes in production settings.

• Familiarity with cloud computing, preferably AWS.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

• Practical experience troubleshooting Linux environments.

• Experience in developing automations with Python and/or Shell Script.

• Skills in responding to incidents within production environments.

• Understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, VPNs, and diagnostic and debugging tools.

• Preferred: experience with REST APIs and API gateways.

• Preferred: knowledge of Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Loki.

• Preferred: experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred: understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.

• Preferred: experience with Ansible or similar tools.

• Preferred: proficiency in English for reading and consulting technical documentation.
