Infrastructure Analyst (Mid-Level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, guaranteeing its availability, security, and compliance.

• Manage user identities and access through Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).

• Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and continuous management of Microsoft Teams.

• Enhance audio and video settings, perform advanced diagnostics, and monitor call and meeting quality.

• Create routine automations and workflows utilizing PowerShell and Power Automate.

• Develop integrations and customizations for Teams leveraging the Microsoft Graph API.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in administering Microsoft 365 services.

• Proven expertise in the deployment, governance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams.

• Significant experience managing identities using Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.

• Experience in resolving intricate media issues (audio, video, and network) within Teams.

• Strong automation and scripting capabilities in PowerShell, particularly concerning M365 and Teams.

• Practical understanding of the Microsoft Graph API for tool customization.

• Ability to design automated operational workflows with Power Automate.
