Infrastructure Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Set up systems within a cloud ecosystem (OCI)

• Oversee and manage virtual machines (VMs)

• Collaborate with Active Directory and Office 365

• Deliver N2 support for SQL Server and IIS, troubleshooting issues in customer environments

• Oversee and manage the internal database server

• Execute SQL Server restores as requested by the Service Desk team

• Occasionally work beyond standard business hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems

• Understanding of networking concepts (Proxy/VPN/DNS)

• Familiarity with backup solutions

• Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting abilities for on-premises/Azure SQL Server; tuning knowledge is advantageous

• Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting capabilities for IIS; tuning expertise is a plus

• Preferred: knowledge of Azure DevOps 2019 on-premises

• Preferred: experience in migrating on-premises Azure environments to Azure Cloud

• Preferred: understanding of automation

• Preferred: experience with the Unimed system
