Information Technology Assistant Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily IT operations and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.

• Provide IT assistance to hotel personnel.

• Work in collaboration with the IT Manager to implement and maintain hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems.

• Monitor the performance, security, and backups of systems.

• Proactively identify potential risks and ensure the integrity of data.

• Train and guide hotel staff on IT procedures, software applications, and best practices for security.

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers, printers, and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity and the internet.

• Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers regarding IT contracts and support.
