Influencer Talent Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily interactions between talent and brand partners

• Organize and monitor campaign deliverables and timelines

• Investigate emerging trends and identify new creators for recruitment

• Secure opportunities with brands

• Assist with calendar management, meeting arrangements, and internal collaborations

• Track social media engagement for talent and their competitors

• Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

• Provide support to a Talent Manager with everyday operations involving TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators

• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

• Comfort with remote working conditions

• Willingness to learn how creators develop and monetize their platforms
