Influencer Product Fulfillment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the dispatch of products to a large number of creators, ensuring that each shipment is precise and timely.

• Confirm addresses, create labels, and collaborate with fulfillment and warehouse partners.

• Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, returns, and lost packages.

• Assist with surge fulfillment for experiential events, product launches, and extensive gifting campaigns.

• Handle returns and exchanges for shipments that are incorrect, damaged, or undeliverable.

• Keep accurate records within the creator CRM/tracker.

• Reconcile gifting inventory with actual shipments and identify any discrepancies.

• Highlight stock shortages or fulfillment challenges.

• Communicate shipment statuses and tracking information to creators and the Coordinator.

• Provide updates to the Coordinator regarding fulfillment progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, order processing, or virtual assistant roles.

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Capable of managing high volumes of shipments within deadlines.

• Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment platforms as well as spreadsheets.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience in supporting an influencer or creator gifting program.

• Proficiency with shipping platforms such as ShipBob or similar services.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently across different time zones.
