Influencer Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating influencer campaign strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to recommend suitable talent, channels, and formats.

• Provide influencer feedback to enhance the creator experience and boost campaign performance.

• Develop and implement influencer campaigns, covering everything from brief creation and sourcing to contracting, product fulfillment, and reporting.

• Manage relationships with influencers and offer tools, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.

• Track campaign performance and deliver timely reports, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

• Utilize internal project management tools to keep campaigns organized, documented, and measurable.

• Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign progress, performance, and subsequent steps.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align campaigns with client objectives and platform capabilities.

• Evaluate campaign execution and suggest enhancements for better outcomes and efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes, evolving best practices, and contribute to the development of team playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services.

• Experience in an agency or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to perform in a customer-facing role with professionalism and assurance.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Enthusiasm for the creator economy, influencer innovation, and emerging social trends.
