📋 Description

• Identify and establish new partnerships with creators

• Seek out and present new opportunities for influencer collaborations

• Oversee continuous outreach through direct messaging and email

• Negotiate agreement terms that align with performance objectives

• Monitor the progress of deals and assess campaign outcomes

• Cultivate enduring relationships with creators and talent managers

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly booking goals

• Manage the outreach pipeline and directly contribute to revenue enhancement

• Facilitate the execution of high-impact campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of surpassing quotas is essential

• Experience in consumer goods is preferred

• Experience in influencer marketing is a significant advantage

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Comfort discussing budgets and deliverables confidently

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple deals simultaneously

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
