This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, implement, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns for clients in collaboration with creators.
• Identify, evaluate, and present a variety of data-driven creator suggestions that align with brand strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with key talent, agency representatives, and talent managers.
• Manage internal talent databases and maintain preferred rosters.
• Provide briefings to creators and assess incoming content for adherence to brand guidelines.
• Oversee timelines and ensure final file submissions are coordinated with the production team.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients across 5–7 simultaneous brand projects.
• Handle legal and financial documentation, including talent contracts and fee negotiations.
• Serve as a liaison between legal teams and talent.
• Monitor project budgets, manage pricing strategies, and handle invoicing with guidance from senior leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand setting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in casting, influencer marketing, or a related social media domain.
• Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat.
• Strong understanding of tools like CreatorIQ and Tagger.
• Proven experience in managing creator partnerships, casting and vetting creators, and broadening the overall creator landscape.
• Familiarity with creator and influencer performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Experience in direct collaboration with clients and brands.
• Understanding of contracts and legal communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in overseeing production elements of influencer or creator campaigns.
• Experience in managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, detail-oriented with a focus on schedules, timelines, and the maintenance of records and materials.
• Proven track record of managing talent budgets and pricing strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (DEPT® participates in E-Verify).
