This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Play a key role in the EMEA CAIT team, concentrating on the priority markets of the UK and Germany, reporting directly to the VP of CAIT EMEA.
• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives from the initial brainstorming phase through to external CAIT profile engagement and final asset production.
• Ensure that all outputs are relevant, of high quality, and optimized for maximum views.
• Project manage the strategy and operations aimed at sourcing a diverse range of creators and talent for client brand channels.
• Integrate the external CAIT network into AIM and PAC workflows to promote Production Excellence.
• Manage key accounts while driving efficiencies and proactively solving problems across social media advertising, CAIT, production, live shopping, experiential projects, and incremental ideas.
• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership on campaigns led by CAIT.
• Translate brand concepts into casting strategies focusing on diversity, volume, and authenticity.
• Present CAIT-led concepts alongside Creative to drive business outcomes.
• Apply standards of creative effectiveness and commercial safety to all delivered assets.
• Contribute to the operations of the CAIT team and work independently when necessary.
• Manage contract negotiations, payment processing, and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor the financial health of projects and optimize workflows, revisions, asset volume, and margins.
• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects, or talent management.
• A Creative/Operator Hybrid: possessing a strong taste level to enhance creative work alongside the operational capability to manage the associated budget and timelines.
• Comfortable articulating the business value of creators and advocating for creative decisions with clients.
• Insight into content-production friction points derived from hands-on experience.
• A social-first mindset ensuring that outputs meet the Vayner standard of excellence.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for actions and their impact.
• Capability to deliver clear, direct, fair, and empathetic feedback.
• Proficiency in leading complex conversations and presentations while securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate challenging conversations effectively.
• A collaborative “Yes, And” mindset that values all contributions.
• Must have authorization to work in Germany.
