This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Collaborate closely with Client Partners on Named Account pursuits throughout the sales process.
• Take ownership of bottoms-up scoping and estimating for Enterprise programs and projects, directly linked to the SOW and IWO.
• Serve as the Voice of Healthcare (Payer & Provider) for prospects, clients, and TCS counterparts.
• Represent Coastal at significant healthcare industry events such as HIMSS, HLTH, AHIP, ViVE, and Dreamforce Healthcare tracks.
• Co-create Payer and Provider perspectives and account strategies with TCS counterparts.
• Lead Advisory / True North engagements that require extensive clinical, member engagement, or operational discovery.
• Assist in Enterprise RFP responses by providing technical scoping content, healthcare compliance awareness, and Payer/Provider-specific winning themes.
• Develop competitive analyses that showcase Coastal's Salesforce/Snowflake embedment capabilities.
• Educate and empower Client Partners and Deal Operations regarding Payer and Provider nuances.
• Contribute to joint GTM content, strategies, and marketing materials with TCS.
• Connect with Salesforce Healthcare and Snowflake ecosystem contacts to support opportunities and collaborative pursuits.
• Transition to the embedded delivery team as Enterprise programs reach closure.
• Travel as necessary to support Enterprise sales cycles and joint TCS pursuits until closure.
• A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in delivery leadership related to iterative software development.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, notably Health Cloud.
• Strong preference for Snowflake experience.
• At least 5 years in sales or pre-sales/solutions engineering roles.
• Proven ability to scope and estimate complex enterprise health programs from the ground up.
• In-depth healthcare domain expertise across Payers and Providers.
• Familiarity with healthcare data models, including Health Cloud Data Model and USCDI.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12 claims/enrollment.
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, and CMS Interoperability regulations.
• Familiarity with EHR/CAPS integrations like Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Facets, and QNXT.
• Comprehension of the Salesforce portfolio, including Health Cloud, Data Cloud for Health, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Slack.
• Familiarity with the Snowflake Healthcare Data Cloud ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business, clinical workflow, and member/patient engagement needs into scoped technical solutions.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure Enterprise sales environment.
• Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical, claims, operational, or member experience data.
• Must possess full-time permanent US work authorization.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Preferred: experience in leading digital transformation, patient/member experience enhancements, or large-scale change management within health systems or health plans.
• Preferred: strong understanding of AI, including Agentforce, predictive analytics, and clinical/member service workflow support.
• Preferred: prior experience within or alongside an SI partner motion, ideally TCS or a comparable global SI.
• Preferred: ability to engage and inspire peers in a matrixed, pod-based team structure.
