Industry Data Analyst, Automotive Pricing Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and commercial teams to determine client decision-support requirements.

• Convert complex business challenges into necessary data capabilities.

• Investigate new data assets, tools, and methodologies to enhance existing products.

• Facilitate the development of new products and improve scientific forecasting.

• Establish data capability requirements and business logic frameworks.

• Generate new or derived metrics to illustrate data relationships.

• Provide insights and decision-support solutions.

• Create proactive, scalable, and extendable analytical frameworks for quality assurance in both production and post-production processes.

• Convey data-driven insights and suggestions to non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with automotive point-of-sale data or in an OEM sales operations or retail planning position as a data analyst or a similar analytical and technical role.

• Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in writing and interpreting complex SQL queries.

• Skilled in analyzing large datasets.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States.
