This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in optimizing media strategies for both digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee, train, and guide analysts while effectively managing their workloads.
• Direct strategic analytics for significant client businesses, encompassing the development of measurement plans, execution of methodologies, and presentation of insights.
• Create Test and Learn Plans.
• Design, create, and update dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.
• Analyze detailed datasets to produce insights on performance drivers.
• Generate scorecards, dashboards, and customized client reports.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of marketing campaigns to enhance business outcomes and facilitate strategic planning.
• Maintain data integrity through comprehensive media analytics reporting tools.
• Work in conjunction with Ad Operations to ensure accurate tagging and reporting.
• Incorporate new tools and keep abreast of trends in analytics and predictive modeling.
• Assess and implement AI-driven tools, automation, and innovative analytics methodologies.
• Spearhead improvement initiatives and internally beta-test tools with clients.
• Convert agency solution opportunities into analytical requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in new business proposals by providing analytics strategies, measurement methods, and test-and-learn suggestions.
• Collaborate with agency account teams, clients, and media planners.
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance narratives effectively.
• Convert client business and marketing objectives into optimization and analysis strategies.
• Foster the independence of direct reports and provide cross-training for department members.
• Share new insights, tools, and coding resources with the Analytics team.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics), Business/Marketing, or Computer Science, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in delivering marketing analytics support and solutions.
• Proficient in digital and offline analytics and reporting.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe).
• Experience in analyzing both paid and organic social media data.
• Strong familiarity with reporting tools for Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Proven experience with SEM platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
• Knowledgeable in Linear & CTV data and measurement techniques, including ACR, spike attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM.
• Mastery of dashboard software (Adverity, PowerBI, or Tableau).
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools or automation to enhance analytics workflows, reporting quality assurance, insight generation, or operational efficiency.
• Competent statistical programming abilities in R, SQL, or Python.
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
