This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Examine marketing data to deliver actionable insights and drive optimization for client business goals
• Oversee, train, and mentor analysts while effectively managing their workloads
• Assist in the optimization of both digital and offline media initiatives
• Create measurement plans and methodologies
• Design and facilitate Test and Learn Plans as well as experiments
• Construct, enhance, and maintain dashboards for campaign performance
• Analyze detailed datasets to clarify events and their underlying reasons
• Generate scorecards, dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analyses of campaigns
• Identify and resolve data anomalies while ensuring data accuracy
• Work in collaboration with Ad Operations to ensure tagging and reporting precision
• Incorporate new tools and keep abreast of trends in analytics and predictive modeling
• Assess and implement AI-enabled tools, automation, and innovative analytics strategies
• Drive improvement projects and conduct beta tests for tools both internally and with clients
• Convert agency and client requirements into analytics specifications and deliverables
• Assist in new business pitches by providing analytics strategies, measurement techniques, and test-and-learn suggestions
• Collaborate with account teams, media planners, internal teams, and clients
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance narratives
• Grasp client marketing objectives and translate them into optimization and analysis methodologies
• Cross-train team members and disseminate findings, tools, and code
• Enhance the capability of direct reports to work autonomously
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics), Business/Marketing, or Computer Science, or a comparable combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in providing marketing analytics support and solutions
• Proficiency in digital and offline analytics and reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Experience in analyzing paid and organic social data, with reporting on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with SEM platforms including Google Ads and Bing
• Knowledge of Linear & CTV data and measurement strategies, encompassing ACR, spike attribution, incrementality experiments, and MMM
• Expertise in dashboard software such as Adverity, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools or automation to enhance analytics workflows, reporting quality assurance, insight generation, or operational efficiency
• Proficient in statistical programming languages such as R, SQL, or Python
