This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of SaaS solutions aimed at fatality prevention and risk management, encompassing features, advantages, and competitive advantages.

• Deliver practical, real-world demonstrations of Critical Risk Management and other solutions to enhance the sales process.

• Interact with potential customers and partners through both virtual and in-person engagements in Italy and abroad.

• Collect feedback from customers and prospects and communicate insights with the sales and product teams.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the prevention of fatalities and serious injuries as well as risk management.

• Collaborate with product development, marketing, customer success, and sales teams.

• Assist the sales team in meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives.

• Maintain and expand revenue from products and solutions.

• Travel internationally as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operational safety and risk management within construction, electricity utilities, or other infrastructure sectors.

• Background working in contractor and subcontractor environments, particularly in the aforementioned industries.

• Strong knowledge of safety management systems, emphasizing fatality prevention and critical risk controls.

• Experience in preventing fatalities and serious injuries, with familiarity in critical controls being beneficial.

• Practical experience in applying safety principles in the field and converting these into impactful product demonstrations.

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, especially EHS or risk management platforms, is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders both virtually and in person, including frontline workers and executives.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

• Experience in gathering customer insights and integrating them into product and sales strategies.

• Strong understanding of industry regulations and trends related to serious injury and fatality prevention.

• Experience collaborating across sales, product, and customer success teams.

• Commercial acumen to support sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth.

• Willingness and capability to travel internationally as needed.

• Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

• Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both Italian and English.

• Ability to articulate complex safety and critical risk concepts in clear, practical language for varied audiences.
