This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Advisory to facilitate executive discovery, workshops, and presentations.
• Transform customer priorities into value cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop reusable industrial value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer narratives, and executive conversation guides.
• Formulate viewpoints on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Organize and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils.
• Provide customer and market insights to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Assist in the creation of AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions.
• Utilize AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content development.
• Share effective AI practices with colleagues.
• Over 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
• Extensive expertise in at least one industrial segment with the capability to engage across related segments.
• Experience in advising senior leaders such as General Counsel, CPOs, CFOs, COOs, and supply chain or operations executives.
• Proven ability to link industry challenges to quantifiable business outcomes and value.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and associated contracting processes.
• Practical, current application of AI in everyday work.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating enterprise software.
• Strong consultative selling, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
