This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Solution Advisory to facilitate executive discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.
β’ Transform customer priorities into value propositions, business cases, and strategic transformation roadmaps.
β’ Develop reusable Healthcare value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer narratives, and executive conversation guides.
β’ Formulate perspectives on industry trends, regulatory changes, and cutting-edge technology.
β’ Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
β’ Organize and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils with senior executives, partners, and analysts.
β’ Convey customer and market insights to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
β’ Assist in the development of AI-driven, industry-specific solutions.
β’ Utilize AI on a daily basis for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content creation, exercising sound judgment on its outputs.
β’ Share effective AI methodologies with colleagues.
β’ Cover healthcare and life sciences sectors, including providers, payers, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services, and healthcare technology.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
β’ Extensive knowledge of healthcare or life sciences business processes, operational models, regulations, and market dynamics.
β’ Experience advising senior leaders, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, CPOs, Chief Compliance Officers, CFOs, COOs, and executives in clinical, commercial, or supply chain roles.
β’ Proven track record of linking industry challenges to quantifiable business outcomes and value.
β’ Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contracting procedures.
β’ Practical, current experience with AI in everyday work.
β’ Comfort in learning and demonstrating enterprise software.
β’ Strong consultative selling, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Preferred: experience with CLM, legal tech, procurement tech, or ERP transformations; ROI models and value frameworks; connections with global system integrators, analysts, and industry associations; advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
