This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on key deals in collaboration with the Sales and Solution Advisory teams.
• Facilitate executive discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Transform customer priorities into value propositions, business cases, and strategic transformation roadmaps.
• Develop the Banking and Financial Services playbook, encompassing value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, client success stories, and guides for executive discussions.
• Formulate perspectives on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Organize and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils.
• Provide customer and market insights to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Assist in the development of AI-driven, industry-specific solutions.
• Utilize AI regularly for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content creation.
• Engage with banks, insurers, capital markets firms, asset managers, payments companies, fintechs, and other regulated financial institutions.
• Over 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
• Extensive understanding of banking, insurance, capital markets, asset management, payments, or fintech business processes and operational models.
• Capability to support related industries.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders, including General Counsel, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, CPOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and third-party risk leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to link industry challenges to quantifiable business outcomes and value.
• Practical knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contracting processes.
• Current and applicable use of AI in daily professional activities.
• Comfort with learning and showcasing enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent consultative selling, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25), which includes an annual sales target incentive bonus and equity component.
