Industrialization Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary prototype reference for the team.

• Produce industrial documentation and bills of materials for card and/or system products, encompassing both series production and prototypes.

• Facilitate prototype-to-series transitions by engaging in the development of customer reviews and FAI processes.

• Assist in creating customer-specific industrial documentation for various programs.

• Help prepare and distribute product FAIs, while also participating in customer reviews and FAIs.

• Oversee the transfer of initial integration tooling developed for prototypes to series production.

• Provide training to integrators during the initial series production or prototype phases, both internally and externally.

• Create tools (Excel programs/macros) to automate sequences of ERP transactions and data extractions from ERP systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in electronic board development.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.

• Familiarity with SAP.

• Assertive communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication with international stakeholders.
