Industrial Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead designated improvement projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Director and business stakeholders.

• Define project objectives, anticipated benefits, timelines, and key milestones.

• Guide projects to completion with support from Industrial Engineering personnel.

• Ensure that the anticipated project benefits are achieved.

• Work closely with industrial engineering resources, performance improvement teams, and EPMO members.

• Assist in designing the transition from current to future states, managing changes, planning implementations, conducting simulations, and performing statistical modeling.

• Drive process improvement initiatives, conduct data analyses, and facilitate discussions.

• Engage in evidence-based practice process improvement initiatives and related activities.

• Collaborate with internal clients, project sponsors, and project managers.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED.

• At least 1 year completed in a Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering program at an accredited institution.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Genuine interest in pursuing an industrial engineering role within the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with fundamental process improvement methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience with statistical analysis software is advantageous.

• Experience with simulation software is a plus.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
