This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead designated improvement projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Director and business stakeholders.
β’ Define project objectives, anticipated benefits, timelines, and key milestones.
β’ Guide projects to completion with support from Industrial Engineering personnel.
β’ Ensure that the anticipated project benefits are achieved.
β’ Work closely with industrial engineering resources, performance improvement teams, and EPMO members.
β’ Assist in designing the transition from current to future states, managing changes, planning implementations, conducting simulations, and performing statistical modeling.
β’ Drive process improvement initiatives, conduct data analyses, and facilitate discussions.
β’ Engage in evidence-based practice process improvement initiatives and related activities.
β’ Collaborate with internal clients, project sponsors, and project managers.
β’ Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma / GED.
β’ At least 1 year completed in a Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering program at an accredited institution.
β’ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Genuine interest in pursuing an industrial engineering role within the healthcare sector.
β’ Familiarity with fundamental process improvement methodologies and tools.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
β’ Experience with statistical analysis software is advantageous.
β’ Experience with simulation software is a plus.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
