Industrial Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and enhance operational processes.

• Assist with time studies, labor analysis, productivity monitoring, and process observations.

• Help with process mapping, facility layouts, workflow design, and operational analysis.

• Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by conducting data analysis and problem-solving.

• Keep process documentation current and ensure updates accurately reflect approved operational changes.

• Travel to operational sites to aid in implementations, gather data, and verify process standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Valid driver's license.

• Capability to drive and/or fly to operational sites and customer locations.

• Physical ability to walk and stand for extended durations, climb stairs and ladders, and work comfortably in warehouse settings with varying temperatures and noise levels.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Power BI, and/or WMS systems is advantageous.
