Indonesian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Timor-Leste.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models across various language scenarios.

• Assess factual correctness and logical validity.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Document instances of model failure to improve reasoning capabilities.

• Assist in training extensive AI language models for Indonesian language proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Indonesian language, covering grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to challenge advanced language models regarding sentence structure, verb conjugation, noun-adjective agreement, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and variations between formal and informal speech.

• Skill in documenting instances of model failure and recording reproducible error traces.

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical validity.

• Ability to recommend enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Effective and reflective communication skills.

• A Master's or PhD in Indonesian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in linguistic analysis projects indicates strong suitability.
