πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Process and fund indirect consumer lending products.

β€’ Monitor Dealertrack, RouteOne, and CUDL indirect applications.

β€’ Review loan packages to determine necessary steps for accurate and timely processing and funding.

β€’ Verify member information and income by reviewing documentation against loan applications.

β€’ Enter data into the Loan Origination System and fund loans as per loan officer instructions and stipulations.

β€’ Collaborate directly with indirect auto dealers to communicate loan stipulations and funding details.

β€’ Respond to inquiries from vendors, dealerships, and both external and internal members.

β€’ Provide information and answer questions regarding loan processing and funding.

β€’ Assess completed Indirect Funding Forms and Checklists for compliance with credit union standards.

β€’ Dispatch completed packages to the Records/File Room after funding.

β€’ Conduct telephone interviews to verify indirect applicants, collateral, and physical damage insurance coverage.

β€’ Adhere to auditing procedures by documenting the lending process and implementing checks and balances.

β€’ Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

β€’ Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in consumer loan processing and/or funding, with at least 6 months in indirect experience.

β€’ Solid understanding of all consumer lending products, documentation, policies and procedures, services, and delivery methods.

β€’ Familiarity with NCUA lending regulations and consumer lending guidelines.

β€’ Strong communication skills with members, management, team members, and external third parties.

β€’ Ability to interact positively with empathy, courtesy, and tact.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and consulting abilities.

β€’ Team-oriented with the capability to work collaboratively.

β€’ Proficient in analyzing and solving problems related to member service needs.

β€’ Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

β€’ Competent in accurately using a calculator.

β€’ Proficient in operating a PC and using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

β€’ High School Diploma is required.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with Loans PQ and DNA.
