Indian Language Fluency Instructor – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Independently analyze evaluation frameworks and deliver qualitative insights.

• Interpret and analyze language-learning data and interactions collected by vendor raters in real-world settings.

• Engage in qualitative, face-to-face (virtual) meetings.

• Offer in-depth, first-hand feedback regarding the AI’s teaching methods, conversational flow, and fluency development.

• Compile complex feedback and pedagogical insights into organized spreadsheets to guide model improvements.

• Ensure the AI’s instructional strategies are in line with individualized, unstructured teaching styles tailored for adult learners aiming for fluency in professional and higher education contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Language Fluency Coach, ESL/EFL Instructor (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL), Soft Skills Faculty, or Vocational Institute Teacher.

• Traditional K-12 school teachers focused on academic grading are not suitable for this project.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one local Indian language, such as Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, or Urdu.

• Comprehensive understanding of individualized, unstructured teaching methodologies aimed at fostering practical conversational fluency in professional and higher education settings.

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

• Capability to convey pedagogical feedback clearly during face-to-face meetings and through spreadsheets.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet connection provided by the contractor.
