Independent Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and qualify leads through daily outreach efforts.

• Follow up with prospects and transition qualified leads to the subsequent stage of the sales process.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the conversion of qualified leads into finalized deals.

• Identify and cultivate qualified leads through both outbound and inbound sales activities.

• Engage in cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, and address inbound inquiries.

• Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients.

• Demonstrate how products function and their benefits.

• Qualify prospects based on their business needs and purchasing intentions.

• Nurture relationships with potential clients.

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Coordinate with the Sales Leader regarding qualified leads and opportunities.

• Log customer interactions, update sales pipelines, and accurately record data using the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales.

• Proven ability to generate qualified leads that advance to the next stage of the sales process.

• Comfortable with or capable of performing X outreach activities daily.

• Excellent and professional communication skills in English.

• Strong follow-up and lead management abilities.

• Open to coaching and receptive to feedback.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• A professional remote work environment is required.

• Must possess personal equipment necessary for remote work.

• Availability to work the night shift in Pacific Standard Time.

• Must utilize the Monitask time tracking tool.
