📋 Description

• Establish continuous research coverage of all qualifying US IPOs and direct listings.

• Create a data-informed methodology to evaluate and rank deals.

• Generate pre-IPO company tearsheets.

• Execute fundamental research prior to IPOs.

• Deliver insights on pre-IPO valuation and pricing.

• Compile summaries of trading activities post-IPO.

• Provide previews for post-IPO lock-up expiries.

• Offer personalized service to select institutional clients within the initial six months.

• Assist in pre-deal tasks such as pre-positioning, market intelligence/positioning/book color, management meeting inquiries, Excel models, and custom NDA-driven notes for pre-IPO or cornerstone stakes.

• Aid in trading related to post-deal lock-up expiries.

• Ensure desk accessibility via email/messaging and direct phone communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior analyst or analyst team possessing significant research and/or investment experience catering to institutional clients (5+ years).

• Proven experience and connections within US equity capital markets.

• Established ability to produce research documents.

• Capability to develop ongoing research coverage for all US IPOs and direct listings with an anticipated deal size of USD 100 million or more, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs.
