Independent Clinical Review Psychiatrist – Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide medical treatment to members within the boundaries of Psychiatrist licensure.

• Engage in program leadership and maintain communication with both program staff and the members served.

• Ensure the highest quality of medical practices that comply with licensure standards, payer requirements, and the needs of clients and the community.

• Conduct chart reviews as necessary for periodic clinical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree from a school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.

• Successful completion of a residency training program in psychiatry.

• Active DEA registration in good standing.

• Psychiatrist licensure is mandatory to provide medical treatment within the scope of licensure.

• Must secure personal malpractice insurance as an independent contractor.
