This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations.

• Develop individualized, evidence-supported treatment strategies aimed at achieving significant outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and supervision based on competencies to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Ensure the implementation of treatment protocols with a high level of fidelity and clinical rigor.

• Analyze visual data to track client progress effectively.

• Adjust instructional methods and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in real-time.

• Collaborate with the Tellos administrative team on clinical documentation and the necessity of medical services.

• Engage with families through collaboration and parent coaching initiatives.

• Ensure that skills are generalizable to home environments.

• Maintain professional standards and respect client dignity in line with the BACB Ethics Code.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

• Active Georgia LBA is highly preferred.

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Strong inclination towards autonomy and the discipline to manage an independent schedule.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth supervision and digital data gathering.

• Must be located in Georgia.

• Capability to make clinical decisions about in-person support versus appropriate telehealth services.

• Must adhere to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
