Independent ASEAN Equities Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a thorough coverage of ASEAN equities, with a specific emphasis on Indonesia and the wider ASEAN area.

• Perform comprehensive bottom-up equity analysis, including company tear sheets, channel checks, and insights from management meetings.

• Create thematic insights on economic trends and sectoral influences across ASEAN markets.

• Establish valuation frameworks and relative-value assessments, incorporating benchmark comparisons and peer evaluations.

• Generate event-driven briefs that encompass earnings forecasts, corporate actions, and updates on capital markets.

• Provide exceptional service to select institutional clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant research and/or investment experience catering to institutional clients (10 years+).

• A proven history of success and a broad network within the ASEAN equity capital markets.

• Established capability in research writing.

• Experience as a senior independent analyst.

• Proficient in delivering impactful, data-driven research and tailored client services.
