Independent ASEAN Equities Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand thorough coverage of ASEAN equities, with an emphasis on Indonesia and the wider ASEAN area.

• Provide impactful, data-centric research and tailored client services.

• Perform bottom-up equity analysis, which includes creating company tear-sheets, conducting channel checks, and summarizing insights from management meetings.

• Generate thematic insights on economic and sectoral influences within ASEAN markets.

• Create valuation and relative-value models based on benchmark comparisons and peer assessments.

• Compile event-driven summaries addressing earnings forecasts, corporate actions, and updates in capital markets.

• Deliver personalized service to selected institutional clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant research and/or investment experience catering to institutional clients (10 years+).

• Established track record and a broad network within ASEAN equity capital markets.

• Proven capability in writing research reports.

• Competence in providing personalized service for select institutional clients.
