Inbound Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer service experiences.

• Identify potential savings for customers and address coverage gaps.

• Simplify complex policy information into clear, understandable options.

• Create customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage for clients.

• Handle customer concerns and hesitations with empathy.

• Relay direct customer feedback to the product team.

• Contribute to enhancing Jerry’s app and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• Capability to balance competing priorities while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A P&C license is required within 2 weeks of starting; Jerry.ai covers the full licensing cost.

• Relevant experience in handling insurance inquiries is beneficial for this position.
