Inbound Contact Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming inquiries via telephone, digital platforms, or written communication.

• Execute basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational responsibilities.

• Address customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Create positive experiences for members through attentive listening and effective communication skills.

• Work independently with minimal oversight while upholding quality standards and adhering to established policies and guidelines.

• Assist with the Pharmacy flexible work model by engaging in education/enrollment, live chat, inbound medication refill and order-status calls, as well as outbound calls.

• If selected for a first-round interview, participate in HireVue interviews.

• Operate from a designated area that safeguards member PHI/HIPAA information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, or NC.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is required.

• Must be open to working Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 11pm EST; the day off will be determined by business needs.

• A high-speed DSL or cable modem is necessary for a home office; satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted.

• Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook, is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
