Inbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries

• Supply accurate information regarding our products and services

• Record customer interactions within the system

• Refer complex issues to the relevant departments

• Utilize a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment effectively

• Maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods while performing computer and telephone tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary

• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities are essential

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment

• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required

• Completion of a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test, is mandatory

• Must possess authorization to work in Canada

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is required

• Drug screening is mandatory; this does not apply in Canada
